This beautiful property in Colina Branca is part of a small, beautifully situated complex of holiday homes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants in the centre of Carvoeiro.

This detached home is set in a rural, peaceful location with stunning sea and countryside views from the rooftop terrace and spacious balconies. It is located just a few metres from the large communal pool and the lush landscaped gardens. The kitchen, bathroom and en-suite have been modernised, and the entire house is decorated in a contemporary style.

House layout

The spacious, elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard and features French doors opening onto the fantastic terrace — perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the lovely sunshine. British TV is available.

Living Room: Large combined living and dining area. Sofa and large dining table. British and international TV channels. French doors open onto a sheltered sun terrace with sea views, an additional dining table with chairs, and sun loungers.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and storage cupboards.

Bedrooms: One twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and French doors leading to a small balcony. The second twin bedroom also has French doors to a small balcony and is located next to the family bathroom.

Bathrooms: En-suite shower room for bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/cleaning service – Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. We provide a weekly cleaning service, which is included in the rental price.

Car hire is recommended and each house has a carport. For those who prefer not to drive, we can arrange a transfer from Faro Airport to the accommodation. Each house is equipped with British and international TV and Wi-Fi.

An information folder is provided in the house. It contains a comprehensive guide to the local area, restaurants, points of interest and emergency numbers.
